Where is your store and when are you open?

Our tea shop is located at 22a Magdalene Street, Cambridge CB3 0AF, just opposite beautiful Magdalene college.Please follow the Google Maps link here.We are open 10:00-17:00 every day, Monday through to Sunday.

Do you do events?

We certainly do!One of the nicest things about having a shop in central Cambridge is the capacity to host events.Private functionsWe love to host private functions, including tea blending and tea tasting workshops. How long will it take to receive my order?

Accepted Answer

Our standard postage service is 48 hour tracked postage with Royal Mail.You will receive your tracking number on the shipping confirmation email and also from Royal Mail to the email addressed submitted with the order.You can expedite postage by upgrading to 24 hour tracked postage or by collecting your order in store.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at standard, but it can be arranged. The shipping fee may vary depending on your location. Please email us at hello@tea-apothecary.co.uk and we can look into this for you.

Question 5

What is your return and exchange policy?

Accepted Answer

Sadly, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.Our range of consumables and food handling equipment (teas, teapots, infusers, caddies etc.) cannot be brought back to store for food hygiene reasons.If you order arrives damaged, please send us an email on hello@tea-apothecary.co.uk and we can get a replacement out to you straight away!

I would like to become a stockist.
