The standard shipping option on all our purchases is Royal Mail 48 hour tracked.
You can upgrade to extra-fast 24 hour tracked shipping for a small additional fee.
We ship UK-wide and to the Republic of Northern Ireland as standard but overseas shipments can be arranged!

Change of mind
We hope you love your tea but if, for any reason, you don't wish to keep your purchase please get in touch with us for a refund of exchange within 14 days of delivery.
Please note that any refund or exchange is subject to us receiving unopened, unused and undamaged teas in fully re-sellable condition. Essentially, this means unopened, undamaged ’as new’ goods.
Our shipping fee is non-refundable and we ask you to arrange your own return shipping.
Defect / Damage
Of course, if your product arrives broken or damaged we will be happy to provide you with a refund or exchange. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a clear photos of the damage within 7 days of receiving your purchase.
