Refund policy

Returns

For food safety reasons, all sales of teas are final and they cannot be returned or exchanged. The same applies to any food items purchased in store or online, e.g. artisan chocolate.

For other items (teaware, candles etc) we are able to exchange items within 14 days of purchase as long as they are returned to us in an unused, as-new and re-sellable condition, including all original packaging.

For online orders, buyer pays postage applicable to return the item and also to send the replacement.

Please note, for items purchased as part of a hamper, we are unable to offer any returns or exchanges on individual items.
