Shipping policy

At Tea Apothecary, we carefully pack every order so your tea and gifts arrive ready to be enjoyed or shared with someone special.

UK delivery
- Standard delivery: £4.95 per order.
- Free standard delivery: On orders over £40
- Premium delivery (24 Tracked): £5.95 per order
Delivery charges and available options will be displayed at checkout.

Processing your order
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 working days of receiving them. During particularly busy periods, such as Christmas, dispatch may take a little longer.

Delivery times
Orders are sent using Royal Mail tracked postage. Delivery typically takes 2–3 working days after dispatch, although this is an estimate rather than a guarantee.
Please allow additional time during bank holidays and busy seasonal periods.

Tracking
Our standard shipping includes tracking via Royal Mail.
Our upgraded shipping also includes tracking and faster delivery via Royal Mail.
You will get an email from Royal Mail when the order has been shipped, including a tracking code and instructions.

Delivery addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that a delivery address can be changed once the order has been sent for shipping.

Lost or delayed orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@tea-apothecary.co.uk and we'll help investigate.
If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, please get in touch so we can put things right.

International delivery
International delivery may be arranged upon request. Please contact us at hello@tea-apothecary.co.uk with your enquiry.
